The agreements below govern the services Premier provides to its clients. By signing a Premier proposal, the Client agrees to be bound by the agreement(s) covering the service(s) engaged.

Governs the design, development, and delivery of custom websites by Premier, including the specification approval process, alpha and beta testing, intellectual property terms, and post-launch modifications.
Covers monthly SEO services including keyword research and strategy, on-page and technical optimization, link building, local SEO, and performance reporting.
Governs management of paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), including campaign setup, ongoing optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting. Ad spend is paid directly by the Client to the advertising platforms and is separate from Premier’s management fees.
Covers social media strategy, content creation, profile optimization, scheduled posting, community engagement, growth tactics, and monthly performance reporting across designated platforms.
Governs brand discovery and strategy, visual identity development (logo, color palette, typography), brand guidelines documentation, and brand collateral and templates.
Governs the recording, processing, storage, and use of live chat sessions on Premier’s website, including consent to recording, data handling, third-party disclosure, retention, and release of claims.
