Our founder, Jarrell Hibler, knows that firsthand. After studying Kinesiology at Queens University of Charlotte and competing as a national-champion triathlete, Jarrell launched several e-commerce businesses and needed marketing help to grow. Every agency he hired left him disappointed - missed deadlines, generic strategies, zero transparency.
So he learned it himself. And what started as a realization ("if I had this experience, thousands of other business owners are going through the same thing") became Premier Marketing in 2020.
What began as a one-person web design operation has grown into a full-service agency with 20+ specialists serving clients across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. But one thing hasn't changed: Jarrell is still hands-on, and the team operates with the same hunger and heart he started with on day one.
