Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting with both digital and traditional projects
  • In-depth understanding of creative, web development, media, and analytics departmental operations; comfortable communicating with members of these departments as well as clients and vendors about related topics
  • Experience managing timelines, budgets, and resourcing
  • Experience creating and maintaining Gantt charts
  • Experience with project management programs
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Some experience with business and functional requirements gathering
  • Some experience managing website development, including strategy, sitemaps, user flows/journeys, wireframes, design, and development
  • Extremely organized with keen attention to detail
  • Capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Passion for critical and strategic thinking
  • Ability to quickly resolve issues as they arise
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends
  • Meticulous attention to detail and overall product quality
