- At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting with both digital and traditional projects
- In-depth understanding of creative, web development, media, and analytics departmental operations; comfortable communicating with members of these departments as well as clients and vendors about related topics
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, and resourcing
- Experience creating and maintaining Gantt charts
- Experience with project management programs
- Experience with CRM software
- Some experience with business and functional requirements gathering
- Some experience managing website development, including strategy, sitemaps, user flows/journeys, wireframes, design, and development
- Extremely organized with keen attention to detail
- Capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written skills
