We’re looking for a talented Jr. Designer, passionate about their craft and ready to dive into the deep end working on big-time brands. This person should be a well-rounded designer, with a portfolio that displays a strong understanding of layout, typography, and graphic fundamentals, ready to jump into client work alongside a talented team. The ideal candidate is comfortable with the adobe creative suite and designing for social media, digital ads, and presentations. This person must also be authorized to work in the U.S. at this time. As a core member of the creative team, this person will play a key role in supporting our ongoing client work. Reporting to our senior creative team in a fun, fast-paced environment, this person will be hands-on, designing assets across the agency’s portfolio of world-class brands. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning new tools and techniques, pushing themselves, and excited to be challenged by the team as they grow.
Qualifications
- Online portfolio demonstrating strong creative visual designs and execution
- Design degree or Portfolio School Ideal
- Experience in photoshop, illustrator, and Google suite required. After Effects & Figma experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of visual design, brand development, and creative process
- A passion for typography, color, illustration, and technology
- Prioritize workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Passion for not just fulfilling an assignment, but in adding value, pushing the boundaries, and creating amazing work
- Hard-working & self-motivated mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to quickly resolve issues as they arise
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends
- Meticulous attention to detail and overall product quality
